Analytics and reporting
Saved layouts, conversion reports, invoice filters, and evidence exports.
Open Dashboard → Reports to combine sales, traffic, campaign, blog and affiliate metrics for one period. Click Customize to pick the cards and sections, then save them as a layout. Layouts are shared with your team; the default one opens first.
The live-sales table shows gross receipts in minute buckets, excludes balance top-ups, and keeps currencies separate. The optional Activity map section shows visitors by country: Live covers sessions active in the last five minutes, This period shows visitors and orders for the selected dates. Each country is one marker at a fixed point; precise locations and session replay are never stored.
Campaign reports are live-only. Tracked links to this store carry the campaign ID, so renaming a campaign keeps its history together. A different campaign starts a new anonymous visit. Sends, first opens, first clicks and paid attribution use the selected period; campaigns created earlier can still have activity in it. Older untagged links have no cart attribution. Revenue includes only orders in the campaign currency.
Blog conversions count paid orders linked to the same anonymous session as an article view. Each order counts once per article, so one order can contribute to several articles.
Affiliate orders use the selected period and test/live mode. Paid orders count even when no commission was earned. Referral clicks are live-only daily totals for the UTC days touched by the period; they are not unique visitors. The product table shows items from paid affiliate orders. Optional behaviour recording is not available.
On Invoices, select several products to match invoices containing any selected product. Use Saved filters to save the current tab, search, filters and sort order for the store team. Loading a saved filter replaces the previous search and filters. Dates reopen on the same local calendar days. Export invoices (CSV) in the page menu uses the same filters. Each export supports up to 10,000 invoices; narrow the filters for larger lists. Formula-like CSV cells are prefixed with an apostrophe for spreadsheet safety.
Export delivery evidence (CSV) downloads delivery jobs, item/service/shipping states, tracking details, both replacement links, revocations, Discord-role states and download grant events. Jobs include the attempt count and last error, not a separate history of every retry. It does not include serial values, manual delivery text, download tokens or IP hashes.
Customer spend currency
Customer lists, details and CSV spend totals are in the store currency. Converted invoices use their recorded receipt and refund base values. Changing today's exchange rate does not rewrite past spend. Top-ups are excluded; historical foreign-currency invoices without a recorded base value remain outside the converted total.
