Affiliates and resellers

Use Audience → Affiliates to configure the affiliate programme, tiers, customer affiliate profiles, payouts, and referral attribution.

Use Audience → Resellers to configure reseller settings, tiers, connected stores, products, and reseller profiles. Reseller prices, balances and spending thresholds use the store currency. Connected products keep the supplier currency, and their price cannot go below the supplier tier price. If you change the store currency, earlier orders keep their currency; their amounts are excluded from the new currency’s spending totals.

A tier can be mapped to a membership product, variant and duration. The mapping is ready, but a paid order does not activate or expire membership until the protected payment design is approved. Product settings keep supplier-private instructions separate from retail delivery copy; private text is never shown to the buyer.

The public API includes native reseller endpoints under /v1/reseller/stores/{storeId} and SellAuth format routes under /formats/sellauth/v1/reseller/*. Dynamic reseller delivery is listed in the API reference and remains limited where it would be unsafe to fake synchronous charge/delivery behavior.

Open the reseller's customer record and its Reseller tab. Under Fund balance, enter the amount in the store currency and a payment reference, then select Fund balance. This records money you already received outside PaidGoods. It requires balance-adjustment permission and creates an audited ledger entry. Retrying the same submitted action does not add credit twice.

Late crypto payments held for delivery earn affiliate commission only when you deliver. Refunding before delivery earns no commission. Shared affiliate credit and transfers use the store currency; older currency balances stay separate.

Repeating an affiliate balance transfer with the same idempotency key returns its first result. Test and live transfers use separate keys and balances.
